Cleanit Center, a premier provider of professional cleaning, laundry, and pest control services, is looking for a meticulous accounts intern to support our growing financial operations. This part-time role is designed with student flexibility in mind. We are specifically encouraging applications from students residing at RCTI Hostels to ensure an easy commute and a sustainable work-study balance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in processing daily financial documentation, expense tracking, and data entry.
- Support the finance team with client invoicing and following up on supplier statements.
- Assist with basic bank and petty cash reconciliations.
- Help maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records within our cloud-based business management software (experience with platforms like Zoho Books or Odoo is an added advantage).
Must Have
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Must have completed CPA Section 3 or above.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage time effectively and commit to a consistent part-time schedule.
- Current residence at RCTI Hostels is highly preferred for logistical convenience.
